英文摘要：Government Affair Management is a popular topic's in today's computer application. This paper expounds the design and implement technique in the Government Affair Management system with a practical example. It not only describes the predominance of using Kilomega Ethernet in intranet,but also introduces how to use the integrated technique of Intranet+Lotus Domino as a development tool and it's characteristics. This paper can also be used as a reference of the same solution plans.
